Backyard patios
Outdoor living spaces designed for Ottawa summers — and built to survive the winters in between.
How we build it
We start by walking the yard with you. Where does the morning sun hit? Where do you want the dining table, the fire bowl, the lounge chairs? The patio gets shaped around those answers — not the other way around.
Every patio is laid on a 6" compacted base with a 1% slope away from the house, edged in heavy spiked restraint, and finished with polymeric sand to keep weeds and ants out of the joints.

Common questions
Can you tie the patio into an existing deck?
Yes — we regularly transition pavers into a stair-down from existing decks with a clean reveal.
How big should my patio be?
As a rule of thumb, a six-person dining set wants ~14×14, and a lounge area wants ~12×16. We'll lay it out for you on site.
Do you offer 3D renderings?
Yes, for larger projects we include a top-down plan view and a 3D massing render.
